NO Sales Tax outside of Florida
FREE Delivery on most items
There are no surprises with us. Each product description will
define how it's delivered. If it's FREE, you will not be charged for standard
shipping, handling or delivery fees on your purchases shipped within the
contiguous 48 states of America. UPS & Federal Express Ground will
typically delivery to your door. Trucking common carrier freight companies
will provide
curbside delivery, such as with larger or multiple pieces of
furniture. For the largest pieces of furniture and most bar
equipment the trucking companies will only provide back of the truck
delivery. Please be prepared to have assistance available to
receive your delivered products. Please

if this will be a residential delivery to arrange for a smaller truck
with an automatic lift tail-gate.

if you desire to have a "White Glove"
delivery service where someone delivers,
positions the furniture based upon your direction in your room of
choice and removes all
packaging materials.
Satisfaction
Guarantee & Returns
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Each product
description will describe it's satisfaction guarantee time frame. Return restocking fees, if any,
are listed below. In that guarantee
time frame, if you
are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it
for a full refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping
fees and any stated restocking fee). Please
contact us
for instructions and the required Return Material Authorization.
Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns.
All items must be in new condition and will be inspected upon return. After this time frame, the warranty for your item will be in effect.
Returns will not be accepted for product which has been fabricated to
customer's specifications, prepared on a custom basis or altered by
customer.

Damage due to Shipping
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, immediately report the damage
on the shipping paperwork upon delivery (very important). The
delivering carrier is responsible for any loss or damage. You are
responsible for inspecting all shipments for any shortage or damage
before the driver departs. Note any loss or damage on the delivery
receipt before signing for the shipment. Save all cartons and packaging. Contact us
immediately to help coordinate a request for
inspection from the appropriate
carrier. Our
customer service department can provide advice and assistance when filing
a claim. Do not return damaged merchandise to the
Home Bar
Furniture Company without authorization. This will waive your right to
file a claim or receive proper credit for the item. Please
contact us
for assistance.
Returns
Custom orders are not returnable. You may return most items
purchased for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and minus any
stated restocking fee listed above, provided that the product is returned in new
condition packed in its original box and includes all original packing
material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
Orders that are returned incomplete may be charged a restocking fee of
20%.
Appliance returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of
shipping.
Return Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
To return your order you must receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA#) from our customer service
department. To be issued an RMA# email us at
info@home-bar.net or call us at
1-800-513-5633. Once you receive your RMA# you will refer to this number
for all inquiries you make regarding the return. When the returned
product is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the products and
credit your account or credit card for the price of the product. Any
other question regarding returns should be directed to customer service
at 1-800-513-5633.
Value Pricing
We believe in providing a great product for a great discounted price.
This makes your ownership of beautiful furniture even more valuable than
what is expected. If you have any question with our value pricing or
would like different dining or patio set configurations please
contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Order Cancellation
For orders with no prior deposit, cancellations must be made by phone
(800-513-5633) 72 hours prior to shipment of your order. Special
orders that require a deposit may not be cancelled. After
your order ships, cancelled orders may be returned by
contacting us, and
obtaining a Return Material Authorization. You will receive a refund of
the purchase price, excluding round trip shipping charges and any
return restocking fee listed above.
Furniture Warranty
Length of warranty is specified for each product. The
manufacturers warranty
applies to the original purchaser that the furniture is fit for its
intended, reasonable use and is free from defective materials and
workmanship. The word "defective", as used in this warranty, is defined
as having imperfections which impair the utility of the product. This
warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective
components, repair by us or a third party
repair service authorized by us. If the component is defective
we will furnish a replacement or obtain repair service at no cost to the
customer. In the unlikely event of product defect, we may require
photographs of such defect so that we can determine the most efficient
and effective solution. This does not apply to the normal
characteristics of wood such as variation in color, small cracks in the
end grain or checking of end cut sections, or natural weathering. All
returns must be in their original cartons. This warranty does not apply
to damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, misuse,
negligence, normal wear or tampering. To handle a warranty issue please
